Concrete Cleaning and Preparation Products

Light Duty Concrete Cleaner removes common construction and atmospheric staining from smooth architectural and engineered concrete. This general-purpose, non etching acidic cleaner removes rust, mud, atmospheric dirt, mortar smears and other stains without altering the surface texture. Light Duty Concrete Cleaner adds depth to colours, brightens white matrices and exposed aggregate.

Safety Klean is an effective, safe alternative to acidic compounds for cleaning brick, tile and concrete surfaces. Safety Klean rids new masonry construction of excess mortar, dirt and other common job site soiling. It is ideal for projects where traditional acidic cleaners are not permitted. Non fuming Safety Klean contains no hydrochloric or other traditional inorganic acids and is safe for use on and around most metal surfaces, indoors or out. It is up to 70% more effective than citric and glycolic acids, and 50% more effective than phosphoric acid.

Concrete, Water and Stain Repellent Impregnation

GSS14 is a high performance invisible fluoroacrylate copolymer water oil and stain repellent impregnation for use on interior and exterior stone, quarry tiles, concrete and other mineral-based substrates. This easy-to-use protective treatment drastically improves stain resistance, eases removal of graffiti and simplifies maintenance cleaning.
Impreg Silane Crème is a clear, high active, water-based thixotropic crème, based on alcoxysilane. With its impressive active ingredients, this product provides a deep penetrating protection to all concrete, including GRC and reinforced concrete. It provides optimum protection against water penetration, chloride ingress, surface soiling, organic growth and other pollutants, plus resistance to carbonation.
Weather Seal SL100 is a clear, penetrating neat silane that offers invisible protection and low volatility. SL100 protects concrete and masonry surfaces against water and waterborne contaminant
Weather Seal SLX100 Water and Oil Repellent combines water and oil repellency to prevent staining by waterborne or oily substances and many types of graffiti. This clear, penetrating neat silane offers invisible protection and low volatility
Weather Seal Siloxane PD is a ready to use, water based silane/siloxane water repellent. Designed for use on concrete and masonry surfaces, Siloxane PD penetrates more deeply than conventional water or solvent based water repellents. Low odour and alkaline stable, Siloxane PD is ideal for field or in plant application to colour sensitive concrete, GFRC, most masonry and stucco surfaces. Application equipment, window glass and areas affected from overspray are easily cleaned with soap and water
Impreg Fresh Concrete Protector is a specifically designed product to protect alkaline fresh pH>9 concrete against water, oil and other stains including graffiti. It retards the deterioration of treated surfaces, simplifies maintenance, and also reduces or eliminates efflorescence. Impreg fresh concrete protector is waterbased and can be applied on fresh concrete after 24 hours. It impregnates the concrete without filmforming, maintaining water and vapour permeability.

Concrete Densifiers and Dust Binders

Impreg Dust Binder is a waterborne acrylic copolymer surface dust binding treatment. This easy to use, low VOC, low odour product provides a clear finish for use on vertical concrete and masonry surfaces.(Class ‘O’ fire, Fire Propagation Test BS 476: Part 6. 1989 Class O. Dusthard + ® provides an advanced, blended alternative to conventional sodium or potassium silicate surface hardeners. This penetrating silicate treatment reacts with concrete to produce insoluble calcium silicate hydrate within the concrete pores. Dusthard + is appropriate for freshly troweled “green” concrete or existing floors of any age. Hardening/densifying with Dusthard + renders concrete floors dustproof. Unlike conventional hardeners which deposit high concentrations of sodium or potassium salts Dusthard + will not trigger or contribute to surface ASR (Alkali Silicate Reaction).
